Everton fans join forces against Kenwright
Dec 20th
A group of Everton fans have took the points of fellow fans on message boards about how their club is ran and are attempting to use the force of Facebook to create a difference, the message reads.
Like stated in the title, it is time we done something against the board at OUR club.
Without going into an abundance of detail about what is displeasing (as I’m sure you know) those who feel like they would participate in some sort of protest then I would like to, as a group, discuss what we could do.
Forget “trying to look like Kopites by protesting” it’s something that needs doing. OK, maybe a protest wont achieve anything but it’s a start. Let them know we are at least getting to the stage were, as a group, we are organising. Little splatters is going un-noticed.
I am in no way an expert at organising a protest (that’s why input is greatly appreciated) but I’d suggest a protest, inside Goodison after the match is over. That way, those who do approve what the board have done can leave and there will not be civil war between the fans like I’ve seen before and it wont disrupt what the lads do on the pitch. Just stay inside Goodison and make your feelings known. Yeah, alright, it’s what they done with the Yanks but who cares? Let’s use their example and forget what people say about immotating that lot.
Obviously a friendly protest would suffice more than a load of people screaming at the top of their voices, plus I actually want to go the game in future and not get nicked for incitement to riot!
So let’s finally do something, what have we got to lose?
